Identity is a Pro-only add-on licensed per user. Contact sales for the current per-user price. Disk Encryption is delivered through Identity.
Managed Helpdesk is priced at $29 per seat per month. Each seat represents a helpdesk agent. It includes intake, triage, resolution, escalation, and SLA reporting.
The Cyber Security Risk Assessment Report is included with ITSD Platform Pro, coming Fall 2026. It packages MFA, patching, encryption, identity gaps, and recommendations into a client-ready recurring report.
